indi is claimed as a capacity-building service — training for carers — not as an app, device or assistive technology. The replacement-support process introduced in October 2024 for apps and tablets does not apply.

- 21-day payment terms (NDIS standard).
- Payable by AU bank transfer — account details and the unique invoice reference number are on the invoice itself. Stripe issues the invoice but doesn't process the payment.
- The Capacity Building line items are listed in the description — pick the one that fits the participant's plan.
