What indi is

A digital support platform for Australian families with NDIS-funded children

indi helps parents track therapy goals, coordinate the child's care team, and document developmental progress between clinical sessions — building parent capacity to plan and coordinate supports throughout the NDIS journey.

Builds parent capacity

Structured education and skill-building between therapy sessions — so parents extend therapy gains at home.

Coordinates the care team

Paediatricians, OTs, speech pathologists, and school staff see the same record, reducing repetition and missed handovers.

Tracks goals and progress

Documented, timestamped evidence for plan review and reasonable & necessary justification.

Reasonable & necessary

Why this meets the test

Connected to disability

Parent education and capacity-building to support a child's disability-related needs.

Related to plan goals

Aligned with typical paediatric NDIS goals around parent capacity, communication, and daily living.

Evidence-based and clinician-monitored

Structured platform used between therapy sessions to extend therapy gains.

Clean audit trail

Every parent action, clinician note, and goal update is timestamped and exportable. If NDIA queries a claim, the evidence is there.

Value for money

Under $100 per year vs. the $80.06 / hr training rate. One paid hour of 15_038 covers the participant for the whole year.
