How to Delete Your Account

From Web or App:

  1. Log in to your indi account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Complete the verification (email & OTP)
  5. You'll get instant email confirmation
Login to Request Deletion

What Happens Next

  • Confirmation – We'll email you once we receive your request
  • Verification – We may confirm your identity for security
  • Processing – We start permanently removing your data
  • Final Email – Sent when deletion is complete

Typical timelines:

  • In-app: 7–14 days (max 30 days)
  • Web: 14–21 days (max 30 days)
  • Full backup purge: up to 90 days

What Gets Deleted

  • Removed: Profile info, content, account data, usage analytics
  • Kept (as required): Legal, safety, or anonymized technical logs

Before You Delete

  • Export your data
  • Cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play
  • Save receipts
