What's the difference between Clinic Lite and Clinic Pro?

Clinic Lite is a flat $19/month per clinic. It gets indi into your hands for a small set of cases: the clinic portal, PMS integration, and sensible-cap AI. Families fund their own subscriptions. Clinic Pro is $59/seat/month and switches on the full platform across your whole clinic: goal tracking, structured reports, video sharing, free waitlist engagement, and every family is covered at no cost to them. One extra billable session per clinician per quarter covers the whole thing. Clinic Lite is the entry point. Clinic Pro is how your clinic runs.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Clinic Lite is month-to-month. No lock-in, cancel any time. Clinic Pro and Enterprise are a conversation: we work the term out with you on the call, against your seat count and how you want to start.

How does billing scale if my clinic grows?

Accepted Answer

Clinic Pro is priced per seat. Add a clinician, add a seat. Part-time clinicians and assistants can be given a discounted light seat - you choose which kind of seat someone needs when you invite them. Clinic Lite stays flat - it doesn't move.

What if we're not ready for the full thing yet?

Start with Clinic Lite. There's no judgment, no trial. It's a real first step, built for clinics that are getting familiar with indi and ready to grow into Clinic Pro when the time is right.
