Penny Blunden
Paediatric Nurse & Founder, Sick Happens
Paediatric nursing, across the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network and Hunter New England Health, with research experience at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. She founded Sick Happens in 2019 to teach parents and early childhood educators how to handle childhood illness.

Ellie Thornycroft
Speech Pathologist & Founder, Wonder Words Speech Pathology
Speech pathologist who founded Wonder Words in Melbourne in 2021 and now runs it across two clinics. She spent five years delivering speech pathology inside Victoria's state school system before that.

Rachael Sargent
Occupational Therapist & Founder, POTTS Paediatric OT
Paediatric occupational therapist who founded POTTS in Melbourne in 2022. She trained at the Royal Children's Hospital and Berry Street, and is certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol and Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model.

Dr Damian Lees
Consultant Paediatrician & Clinical Lecturer, University of Sydney
Consultant paediatrician in Sydney, trained at the Children's Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children's Hospital. He holds an MA from Oxford and an MBBS from UCL, lectures at the University of Sydney, and works on digital health and AI in clinical practice.

Dr Abbey Love

Autism researcher at Autism Spectrum Australia, the country's largest autism service provider, and an assistant research professor at Ball State University in the United States. She completed her doctoral work at the University of Kentucky and is a parent carer.

Dr Anna Braun

General practitioner, trained at Alfred Health and Western Health in Melbourne, with earlier research at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and a clinical elective at Stanford. She founded Medic[AI] out of Antler in 2025, building a secure patient hub that connects health records, documents and doctors in one place.

Dr Hossein Nejati
Co-Founder & CTO, KroniKare · former Postdoctoral Fellow, MIT
Co-founder and CTO of KroniKare, a Singapore medtech company using AI to assess chronic wounds. He was a postdoctoral fellow at MIT, where his machine learning work covered visual perception and autism, and advises deep tech companies on AI.

Euan Walker

Chief technology officer at Judo Bank, Australia's listed challenger bank, where he replaced the core banking platform in nine months. Before that he was on the founding team at Verrency, a payments platform selling into banks worldwide, after twelve years at ANZ.

Co-Founder & Chief operating officer at ROLLER for eleven years, taking it from an Australian startup to a venue management platform used by leisure and attraction operators worldwide, then its global head of payments. He now advises AI native companies on commercial strategy.
