For parents & carers

The safe space for your child's care journey

indi helps you understand your child's therapy, track progress and wins at home, and keep everyone who cares for them on the same page.

  • indi Listens

    Offload the 9pm thoughts

Chat, voice note, photo or video, as easy as sending a text. indi takes it from there.

  • indi Holds

Everything about your child, in one place

Reports, assessments, emails, photos, milestones. indi reads them and keeps the originals ready to share.

  • indi Connects

Your whole village, on the same page

Therapists, educators and family stay in sync, and everything they add flows straight back to you.

  • indi Plans

    The admin, off your plate

Appointments, to-dos and reminders, synced with your calendar and out of your head.

  • indi Trax

    Track what matters to you

Tell indi what to watch, a worry, a goal or a win, and every update from your village feeds progress in.

  • indi Prepares

    Walk into every meeting ready

Session prep, applications and strategies, built from your child's real records in the language the system expects.

“A lifeline for parents. I've been waiting eight years for something like this. I used to carry every detail of our journey in my head which is extremely overwhelming. Indi has allowed me to finally brain dump all that information into one safe, organised space. That mental clarity is a gift I cannot put a price on.”
– Jess, mum of 3

Got questions first?

Totally fair. Here are the ones we get asked most.

I'm already juggling a million things. Is this going to be more work for me?

No. indi takes work off you from day one, not once you've built something up.

Talk to indi the way you'd text a friend, or leave a voice note in the car. Forward the email from school or the report from the OT, and indi files it and pulls out what matters. Nothing to migrate, and no history to backfill before it's useful.

No more notebooks, no more screenshots, no more scrolling your inbox for what the speechie said three weeks ago.

Is my child's information safe?

Yes. Here is what we commit to:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Your personal information is never used to train AI models.
  • Access is controlled by you. Revoke any time.
  • Chats with indi are private to you, not visible to your child's care team.
  • Delete your data permanently wherever you want. When cancelling a subscription, your history waits for you.

Because indi talks with you about your child, we don't leave those answers unchecked. A small, named team reviews for safety and accuracy. That access is restricted and logged, and only ever for safety, for support you have asked for, or where the law requires it.

Does this connect all of my child's therapists, or just the one who told me about it?

indi is built for your whole team. Speech, OT, psych, physio: everyone who works with your child can be connected in one place. No more each therapist working in their own silo and you being the one carrying information between them. indi gives everyone the same picture.

But your village is bigger than just clinicians. You can bring in your partner, grandparents, anyone in your child's corner, because they can only help if they know what's going on. One place, everyone on the same page.

Don't worry about setting all this up. Once you're in the app we help you get everyone connected. It's simple.

My clinician hasn't mentioned indi. Can I still use it?

Absolutely. You can get started on your own and we'll help you get your child's team connected when you're ready.

A lot of families discover indi first and then bring their clinicians along. We do this every day. We'll reach out to your child's clinic on your behalf, walk them through it, and get everyone set up.

You don't have to convince anyone or explain anything. That's our job.

Still need help?

Or ask your clinician. They know your family's situation best.

Ready when you are.
